The situation
Diin Associations does serious interior work and had nothing online to show for it. New business came from referrals and walk-ins. Meanwhile, homeowners in their own city were typing "interior designers near me" and "false ceiling cost" into Google every day and finding someone else.
What we built
A lead-generation platform under the Sleek Interio brand. Services told as visual stories, a cost calculator that turns curiosity into a scoped enquiry, more than fifty area-specific pages for local search, and an admin dashboard where every lead arrives with its source and follow-up status.
What changed
Search demand now lands on pages built to receive it, and enquiries arrive with a budget and scope attached instead of "how much for interiors?" phone calls. The studio opens one dashboard in the morning and sees every lead, newest first, nothing lost to anyone's inbox.
A calculator that qualifies the lead
"Contact us" forms collect tyre-kickers. The Sleek Interio calculator makes visitors price their own project, room by room and scope by scope, and by the final step the studio holds a budget, a scope and a phone number. That is a lead worth calling back.
The public API behind it is rate-limited through Upstash Redis so bots cannot flood the pipeline, every submission gets a confirmation email through Resend, and each request carries an ID through structured logs, so a lost lead can be traced instead of shrugged at.
Fifty pages deep in local search
One home page cannot rank for every neighbourhood, so we did not ask it to. Sleek Interio ships with more than fifty area-specific SEO pages, each one written for the service and locality a homeowner actually types: modular kitchen in one area, false ceiling in the next. Every page carries its own title, copy and structured data.
The portfolio grid backs the claim with finished spaces, from marble penthouses to office campuses, so a visitor who arrives from a neighbourhood search leaves having seen work they can picture in their own flat.
Every lead in one place
Calculator submissions and contact enquiries land in a Clerk-protected admin dashboard: total leads, what came in this week, which services people are asking for, and a follow-up queue so nobody goes cold. The studio runs its pipeline from here, not from a shared phone.
Under it sits a versioned Express API with its data in Neon PostgreSQL through Prisma, validated at the edges and logged in the middle.
The fine print
A Turborepo monorepo with two apps and four shared packages. The Next.js 15 front end and the Express 4 API stay honest with each other through shared TypeScript types, so a field renamed in the database cannot silently break a form three screens away.
